In case your customer service member is unavailable to help, we have a team-oriented system where another service staff member can step in to support you without any interruption in service. We know that large travel agencies cannot serve you well when it comes to details. The reason why a small company like us have been able to serve over 300 companies and organizations over the past 30 years, is because we have persisted in having dedicated customer service staff on hand to help you handle the details. We have been able to build a relationship of trust with our customers through this dedicated service. Our team has created a special email account just for you, so that we can differentiate our services for you, and share your needs among our team members. We make sure that you have our customer service staff’s mobile phone numbers and email addresses, so that we can serve you swiftly and efficiently after-hours for urgent requests or when you are overseas.
